- It's never too late to ask us to ship a package. Even if it's after our outgoing packages for the day have all been picked up, we are not afraid to drive to Fed Ex or the post office to get orders shipped same day. For added security, every order we ship requires direct signature from you or your customer.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- If you have never done business with KLRC, we will ask for references from other reputable dealers in the rare coin and precious metals business. Initial orders will require good funds to be wired or prepaid by check prior to shipment.
- Viewing Orders
- We check each order when it goes out and have back up video of each package as it is being prepared. We ask you to check your packages upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies.
- Updating Account Information
- Please keep us posted of any address changes when you place your orders.
